Tandoori Salmon

An easy marinade that adds flavor to a basic cooked salmon dish.

Salmon with low prep and cook time and great for a festive dinner or a relaxed home cooked meal.

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4-6 people


1 large filet of salmon

1 cup plain yogurt

2 TBSPNS garlic paste

1 TBSPN mint chutney

2TBSPNS Tandoori Masala

1 tspn ginger paste

½ tspn green chili chutney

1 lemon or lime


1. Mix all the chutneys and pastes in yogurt well

2. Add the Tandoori Masala to the paste mixture and mix well

3. Wash the salmon filet and put it on foil on a baking sheet

4. Squeeze lemon or lime on salmon

5. Put half of the yogurt marinade on each side of the salmon to use all of it

6. Cover salmon with foil and pinch ends with bottom foil to make it like a pouch so nothing leaks out

7. Bake on 400º for about 20 minutes
